60,000 THB per sqm for the units facing pool side for both Thai and Foreign Ownership.
50,000 THB per sqm for Thai and 60,000 THB per sqm for Foreign Ownership for the units facing city side.


Payment Terms for Laguna Beach Resort:
Thai Ownership: 50,000 - Deposit; 25% - Contract Payment; 75% - Key Payment.
Foreign Ownership: 50,000 - Deposit; 25% - Contract Payment; 25% - After 2-3 months; 50% - Key Payment.

Payment Terms for Laguna Beach Resort 2:
Thai Ownership: 50,000 - 50,000 - Deposit; 20% - Contract Payment; 10% - After 2-3 months; 70% - Key Payment.
Foreign Ownership: 50,000 - Deposit; 25% - Contract Payment; 25% - After 2 months; 25% - After 2 months; 25% - Key Payment.
